Avoid contact with harsh chemicals or direct contact with perfumes. While Mor uses materials that are more resistant to tarnishing (sterling silver, 14k gold filled), some tarnishing may occur even with proper care, due to reactions to things like your body’s pH levels, pool chemicals etc. Clean your jewellery chains with a soft polishing cloth and/or mild soapy water.
To remove your piece of jewellery, carefully cut the jump ring—this is the circle loop where the original weld occurred—with a sharp pair of regular scissors. Rewelds are available, if you keep and maintain your original chain, for a small fee of $15. Mor is happy to offer complimentary rewelds if you need to remove your jewellery for medical reasons.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of permanent jewellery, and we provide no refunds. If your jump ring fails within the first 14 days, please contact Mor and we will be happy to complete a one-time reweld of your chain, free of charge at our home studio. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, loss of chain, chain tarnishing, or chain/jump ring failure due to third-party alteration.
